Hi, I'm John.I'm a mathematician and data scientist with a B.Sc. in Mathematics and an M.Sc. in Data Science. For the past 18 years, I've had the privilege of teaching mathematics and physics to students of all ages and backgrounds. Throughout that time, I've discovered that the most rewarding part of teaching isn't simply mastering a subject — it's finding clear, intuitive ways to help others understand it.That passion is what inspired me to create John Explains.
Although my academic background is rooted in mathematics and data science, my curiosity extends far beyond those fields. I've always been drawn to subjects that explore how we think, reason, learn, and make sense of the world. That's why, alongside mathematics and data science, I enjoy studying areas such as logic, philosophy, epistemology, cognitive science, probability, and artificial intelligence. Many of these disciplines are deeply interconnected, offering different perspectives on how we reason, learn, make decisions, and better understand the world around us.John Explains was created to bring those ideas together in a way that is accessible, accurate, and engaging.
